Mental Health Training

Mental health and wellbeing matter. At ZUZU we understand the important role that you can play to help break down stigma and create a better workplace and residential environment. To achieve this, we deliver training on leading mental health in the workplace and mental health awareness.

  • Mental Health Awareness (SQF Level 4 Certified, 5 Hours) 
  • First Aid for Mental Health (SQF Level 5 Certified, Assessment & How To Create An Action Plan, 7 Hours)

We can also offer training virtually via video conference.
